Aerial Restorative Yoga
Restorative aerial yoga is a calmer practice that has some excellent benefits that may not be gained from a regular session. This is form of yoga where you remain in a pose for at least one minute, often longer and is excellent for loosening tightness and relieving tension, both mentally and physically.
Who could benefit from this?
People recovering from an injury will benefit from being closer to the ground, having more support and from the gentler movements involved in restorative aerial yoga.
Older people who have limited mobility but still want to reap the many benefits yoga has to offer.
People of all age groups who struggle with physical limitations or restrictions and who are unable to take part in more intense yoga sessions.
Anyone who is new to yoga and wants to get into the practice more gently.

Street Striding Club COMING SPRING OF 2022
The StreetStrider duplicates the motion of a stationary elliptical trainer in a mobile device. The rider achieves a full-body weight-bearing low-impact high-cardiovascular workout while moving outdoors. With a branded trainer stand, adult StreetStrider models can be fashioned into stationary elliptical trainers, enabling indoor use during inclement weather. The StreetStrider can be used for physical fitness, weight loss, physical therapy, human-powered transport, and outdoor adventure
The Mirror Workouts
The mirror can be used for private use in studio, hundreds of workout classes to choose from and of different levels, for beginners to advanced. All virtually taught by profound instructors. You can also select from live classes.
